If you have a return/exchange due to shipping error, defect, or damage, contact us within 3 days from receipt and contact us via email. One of our customer service representatives will provide you with simple instructions for returning the item. A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns. A replacement item will be shipped to you once the item being returned has been received. If you have not recieved an order, please contact us within 30 days from day of payment.
If you receive a product you are dissatisfied with for any reason other than a shipping error, defect or damage, simply contact us. One of our customer service representatives will provide you with simple instructions for obtaining a refund for the item. Your refund will be processed when the item being returned has been received. Refunds will be made by crediting the original method of payment (i.e. credit card, in-store account, etc.).

Special Order items are ordered according to the customer's specifications. In some instances of return or order cancellation, a restocking charge may apply.
Our ultimate goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from viaLetter. If you receive an item you are dissatisfied with, you may return it within fourteen (14) days to the address found on our contact us page for a refund or exchange within our current return policy guidelines. For additional assistance, please fill out the contact form and one of our customer service representatives will be glad to recommend alternative return options that may be available. Information contained on the invoice will be necessary to process the return or refund.
